My four states have almost nothing in common: Nevada, Arizona, Iowa, and North Carolina. So I check your doctors and your prescriptions against what is actually offered where you live, then call you in the fall to confirm it still fits.
I came to this from IT, which is better training than it sounds. A plan document is a system with undocumented edge cases, and my instinct is to read the whole thing before I tell you it works. Nothing I recommend is a black box, and I would rather over-explain than leave you guessing. I still tinker with hardware and software on my own time. The rest of it belongs to my family.
