Helpful first. Clear about our limits.

We want Medicare information to feel like a patient conversation with someone in your corner.

Start with an answer

We explain the main point first, then the details and exceptions. Checklists help turn reading into a useful next step.

Make the source visible

Our education points to official sources such as Medicare.gov. Source check dates describe when those references were checked; they are not a claim of government endorsement or individual clinical review.

Keep choices personal

General information cannot determine your eligibility or promise that a plan covers your care. Confirm benefits, networks, prices, and effective dates with the applicable plan or agency. A licensed broker can help explain your options.

Be open about our role

Medcora is an insurance brokerage. We do not offer every plan in every area. Brokerage guidance is available at no cost to you; insurance coverage can still have premiums and other costs. Medicare.gov and SHIP offer additional help.

Help us correct something

If a page is unclear or seems out of date, contact us with the page title and your question. Please do not include Medicare numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information in a general message.

Keep learning without pressure

You can read these resources without providing an email address. Choosing to learn does not require choosing a plan.
